Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced International Caller to join our outbound call services team for our U.S. clients. This role is perfect for individuals who demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Outstanding spoken and written English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Sales-driven with a strong ability to address objections and successfully close bookings.
• Proficient in MS Office and call center software, such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic and target-oriented environment.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. The salary is up to Rs40,00.00 per month, including a fixed base pay, uncapped commissions, and additional incentives.
