Job Description
365 Care Private Limited is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. This role involves delivering technical support and managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure outstanding customer service. The working hours are 48 hours per week, following the UK/Ireland calendar, with rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers through calls and provide effective solutions.
- Accurately update customer information.
- Meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
