92Techno is actively seeking a dedicated and motivated Female HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is a full-time position, with office hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete hiring process.
• Address and resolve employee concerns.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.

Compensation: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
