Job Description
Ns Violet is looking for a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant to streamline workflows and support our junior staff in Gulshan, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and analytical skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
This full-time position requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a college degree, and is open to male candidates. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing schedules, preparing documents, coordinating communications, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Applicants must be proficient in DocuSign, demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, exhibit excellent phone etiquette, and have familiarity with QuickBooks. The salary for this position ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
