Job Description
Cold Call Crew (SMC-Private) Limited is searching for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Sales Development Representatives for the Night Shift. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Spectrum’s internet, TV, and phone services to both residential and business customers.
Key Responsibilities: You will engage with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable solutions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Spectrum Sales, excellent English communication skills, comfort with cold calling, and strong organizational abilities are essential.
