Job Description
Wayenazafar Immigration is looking for a committed Visa Processing Officer to become part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing visa applications while effectively communicating with clients, embassies, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications and accompanying documents.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential records.
- Monitor application statuses and provide administrative support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in visa processing is advantageous.
