Job Description
Madsgency is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this key role, you will greet clients, manage appointment scheduling, and oversee daily front desk operations. Additionally, you will handle basic social media follow-ups and contribute to the smooth functioning of our clinic.
Ideal candidates will possess 1–2 years of experience in a clinical, salon, or customer service environment. We also welcome enthusiastic new candidates with strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English. A professional appearance, good grooming, and fundamental computer proficiency are required for this position.
