Job Description
Metanoia is looking for a committed E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a background in order management, exhibit exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and confirm orders on Shopify, updating the system accordingly.
- Engage with customers to confirm the status of their orders.
- Ensure every order contains accurate information.
- Address customer inquiries regarding order confirmations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Shopify.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM; Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Salary: Up to Rs25,00.00/month.
