Job Description
ASK Development Limited is actively seeking a committed Helpline Agent to join our reputable telecom organization. Ideal candidates should meet the criteria outlined below:
- Qualification: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Urdu, with a neutral accent.
- Residence: Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: Preferably between 6 months and 2 years.
- Salary: Rs. 45,00, with performance-based incentives.
- Shift: Rotational shifts on a monthly basis.
As a Helpline Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online support, following up on issues, managing Network Trouble Tickets, and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.
