In this role, you will manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, provide product information, resolve complaints, assist with orders and account management, and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements include:
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service (female candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Technical proficiency and effective time management skills.
