Job Description
Prestige Plastics Private Limited is seeking a qualified HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and office administration efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining HR processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing efficient office management.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment and onboarding experience, maintaining employee records and attendance, addressing employee relations while upholding company policies, administering payroll and benefits, and facilitating performance evaluations. Additionally, you will supervise daily office operations and uphold safety standards.
