As a rapidly growing e-commerce platform, we are focused on optimizing our courier operations to reduce product returns and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dispatch and delivery operations
- Collaborate with courier partners effectively
- Resolve issues related to late deliveries and customer complaints
- Analyze and track reasons for product returns
- Maintain accurate inventory logs
- Ensure prompt fulfillment of customer orders
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00 – Rs45,00 per month
