Job Description
Able Health Care is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to support children with diverse learning needs, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays. In this role, you will develop and implement Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and employ adaptive teaching strategies to help each child achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create customized IEPs.
- Utilize multisensory teaching techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with families and professionals.
- Monitor and document each student’s progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
- Welcoming both new graduates and experienced educators.
