Job Description
VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS, operating as VIVE PRINTING LTD, is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Technical IT Support Intern to join our dynamic IT team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and IT system maintenance, making it an excellent opportunity for aspiring IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems.
- Troubleshoot operating systems and productivity tools effectively.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
