Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing is actively seeking a motivated and innovative Shop Merchandizer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing shop visibility, aiming for a 10% increase in yield, by managing 10 to 15 shops per district.
Responsibilities: The position involves decorating shops using provided point-of-sale (POS) materials, conducting weekly visits to refresh displays, and sharing updates and photos on social media platforms. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a metric degree, relevant merchandising experience, excellent communication skills, and access to a bike for transportation. The salary for this role ranges from Rs48,00.00 to Rs52,00.00 per month.
