Job Description
Meds Nexus is looking for a talented Sales Specialist/Sr. Sales Specialist or Business Development Analyst with strong English communication skills, ideally possessing a North American accent, to join our Pre-Sales department. This position offers a competitive salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications effectively.
- Convert leads into valuable clients.
- Schedule meetings using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Create analysis reports and document meeting minutes.
- Address customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
