Job Description
Atlas Battery Limited is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Officer to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding after-sales service and addressing customer concerns effectively. Key responsibilities include prompt claims processing and facilitating product awareness sessions for dealers and automotive technicians.
Ideal applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to articulate technical issues clearly, and proficiency in computer applications. A Diploma in Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Mechanical or Electrical fields and 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred qualifications.
