Job Description
Texitech is on the lookout for a committed Credit Control and Collections Officer to enhance our team. This pivotal role involves monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue debts and facilitating timely payments through follow-ups via phone, email, and written correspondence. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all collection activities and customer interactions, reconciling customer accounts, and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver regular reports on aging receivables and the overall collection status.
