Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is looking for a committed and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
- Provide accurate information to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
- Proficient typing abilities.
- Able to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred.
Salary is competitive, starting at PKR 30,00 Basic plus commission. Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
