Job Description
CBA is excited to invite a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify technological recruitment needs, effectively source and screen candidates, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, conduct interviews, and maintain comprehensive candidate data.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of recruiting experience in the tech sector, and outstanding communication skills.
