Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound telephonic inquiries related to admissions.
  • Provide detailed information to parents and students about programs, application procedures, deadlines, and fee structures.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all academic offerings, admission policies, and institute events.
  • Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication until the admission process is complete.
  • Assist students and parents with the completion and submission of admission forms and required documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of calls, inquiries, and admission forms in line with institutional protocols.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to meet monthly and semester-based enrollment targets.
  • Participate in admission campaigns, events, and open house sessions as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in particular field. Preferably prior experience in an educational institute’s admissions or student counseling department is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM software or admissions databases.

Reporting To: Admissions Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month

Work Location: In person
