Position: Zonal Sales Manager
Location: Gujranwala

Education: Graduation / master’s degree (Relevant field)
Industry: FMCG, Oral Care & Skin Care.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Only relevant industry experience will be preferred).
Responsibilities:
Will be directly responsible for all the territories and will also manage through or directly all the distributors of all his territories in the zone.
Will contact all his TSO daily in the market or at the distributor’s warehouse and will discuss:
Days order & Execution
Stocks position
Target achievement weekly/monthly/quarterly
Outlet service level-delivery percentage
Availability and visibility of all products
Complaint handling
Monitor target achievement and will take measures in achieving the figures
Will monitor target achievement and will take all measures in achieving the figures
He will also be helping preparation of Targets/Forecast/resolving issues related to business.
POS and Logistic controls
Distributors working / funds/ vans / manpower/problems all related issues will be discussed in details. All the matters will be reported to Head Office.
He will also visit the outstation town of his TSO and meet the distributor and will see the markets, targets, volume achievement, followed by stock receipts.
Will make presentation on monthly basis about his performance for the month
Control & check the distributors’ record, stock and fund.
All complaints are to be addressed on priority basis, if he exceeds the authority then immediately discuss with RSM / HO
Ensure smooth business operations at all levels.
Keep the distributors motivated and workout his ROI on need basis.
Keep a potential list of distributors in case of distributor replacement.
Settlement of monthly field expenses.
Competencies/Skills:

· Excellent Communication (Written / Verbal).
· Team & Time Management.
· Knowledge of Suburban Area is Must.
