Job Description
Union HR is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager of Training and Development to join our Lahore team. In this vital role, you will be tasked with creating and executing annual training plans that align with our organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Your primary responsibilities include conducting Training Needs Analysis, designing customized training programs tailored for the oil and gas sector, facilitating onboarding for new employees, and monitoring training key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualified candidates should possess a BBA or MBA degree, 6–8 years of experience in Training and Development, and be proficient in MS Office as well as learning management systems.
