Job Description
Together Strategic & Development Consultants is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting background checks, and overseeing the recruitment process. Additionally, you will develop and implement HR strategies, manage performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to labor laws.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and exceptional communication skills.
Location: New Garden Town, Lahore. Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
