Job Description

Salary Range: 40,00 to 45,00 PKR
Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level One support for both hardware and software issues.
- Manage networking tasks, install cameras, and maintain local servers (DC, ADC).
- Administer the pfsense firewall and oversee wireless network operations.
- Efficiently handle inventory management.
- Respond to remote and on-site support requests for projects in the USA, UAE, and Pakistan.
- Collaborate with various internal departments including development, sales, HR, and accounts.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of equipment procurement.
