Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our leading Pharma/AI-driven HealthTech company. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between PKR 300,00–400,00, along with additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand, growth, and performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Implement data-driven campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Over 8 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably within HealthTech, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and content strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of successfully scaling teams.
