Job Description
Meezan Bank is excited to announce an opening for a qualified Executive Secretary to join our Corporate, Commercial & Investment Banking Group at our Head Office in Karachi.
Eligibility:
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role providing direct assistance to senior executives.
Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to engage with senior executives effectively.
Responsibilities: Manage the executive’s calendar, screen phone calls, prepare documents, perform administrative duties, maintain organized records, and coordinate meetings and events.
