Job Description
AGN IT Services is looking for a skilled ZOHO CRM Implementer to oversee the effective setup, customization, automation workflows, and client training. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in collaborating directly with clients to comprehend their needs and transform them into efficient CRM workflows.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in ZOHO CRM implementation
- In-depth understanding of CRM best practices
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting is preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
