Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This key role focuses on invoicing and sales reporting, where you will be responsible for managing invoicing, delivery challans, and sales reports. Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with factory management regarding deliveries and cancellations.
- Generate daily delivery challans, invoices, and sales reports.
- Process debit/credit notes and resolve customer discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain precise financial records.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and report sales to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven accounting experience, particularly in invoicing and sales.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
