Job Description
Napollo Software Design LLC is actively seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at our Bahria Town, Lahore office. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR professional who is passionate about supporting our expanding team across various HR functions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Develop and implement effective HR policies
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Facilitate benefits administration and payroll support
- Plan and promote employee engagement and wellness initiatives
