Job Description
Q Real Estate is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pine Avenue, Lahore. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the contractual and financial components of our construction projects, ensuring they are executed within budget while adhering to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, conducting cost analyses, advising on procurement strategies, tracking design modifications, negotiating contracts, and performing site visits to assess work progress.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 5 years of experience, exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in quantity surveying software.
