Job Description
Meri Sehat Pvt Limited is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and facilitate effective communication between patients and doctors to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
Your key responsibilities will include resolving complaints and fostering a positive patient experience. Proficiency in English and Urdu is essential, and prior experience in customer service or call center environments is highly preferred.
This is a full-time position with rotational shifts, and all work will be conducted in person.
