Job Description
Nextech Packages is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our gravure printing production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal output, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and achieving cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules.
- Effectively allocate resources across teams.
- Supervise and guide machine operators.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements: DAE/B.Tech/BE in relevant fields, with 7-12 years of experience in flexible packaging or the gravure printing industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
