Job Description
Three Percent | Core Hub is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources operations on a full-time, night shift basis (6 PM to 3 AM). The ideal candidate will have robust HR management experience and exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies and oversee the recruitment process.
- Manage employee onboarding and facilitate training programs.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and assess performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations while promoting a strong company culture.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years in HR management and over 1 year in a BPO environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of labor laws and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
