Job Description
Nextech Packages is looking for a committed Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO. This vital role involves providing high-level administrative and organizational assistance to ensure the CEO’s daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, communications, travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks, all while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
