Job Description
Stifftech Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate HR Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining effective communication with candidates.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,00.00 to Rs30,00.00 per month.
