Job Description
Vivo Pakistan is excited to announce openings for the position of Call Centre Officer. We have three vacancies available at our Head Office in Gulberg II, Lahore.
This is a full-time, on-site position with morning shifts.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in customer service
- A bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of one year of experience in a call center
Experience in live chat operations and hotline management is an advantage. Availability to work on weekends is required.
Office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM with rotational weekly off.
Starting salary is Rs50,00.00 per month.
