Job Description
Are you a friendly and proactive individual with a passion for customer service? Shapes Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will warmly greet customers, identify their needs, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Your responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently. This full-time position is a 12-month contract offering a competitive salary between Rs45,00.00 and Rs50,00.00 per month. The work will be conducted in person, and we expect the selected candidate to start on July 25, 2025.
