Job Description
Atlas Battery Limited is in search of a committed Service Officer to enhance our team. This full-time role entails delivering outstanding after-sales support and effectively resolving customer complaints. You will be responsible for ensuring timely claims settlement and conducting product awareness sessions for our dealers and automotive technicians.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills and possess the ability to articulate technical issues clearly. The position requires frequent travel and proficiency in computer applications. A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (D.A.E) with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
