Shams & Brothers is on the lookout for a proactive and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) with 1-3 years of experience in the textile, fashion, or e-commerce industries. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate deliveries, manage customer inquiries, update sales and inventory records, and enhance brand engagement.
Requirements: Outstanding communication skills in both English and Urdu, proficiency in MS Excel and digital communication platforms, and a strong customer-centric approach.
