Job Description
Shalee Global is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative for our office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in student counseling for study opportunities in the UK or Australia. We are looking for a quick learner with exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to assist students in achieving their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students on available study abroad opportunities.
- Facilitate the application process for prospective students.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK universities.
- Build and nurture relationships with students and their families.
- Participate in educational fairs and recruitment events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
