Job Description
We invite qualified candidates to apply for the position of Plant Operator at International Petrochemical. As a key team member, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various plant equipment and machinery to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: You will operate assigned equipment, conduct routine inspections, assist in start-up and shutdown processes, maintain cleanliness in your work area, record operational data, and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Operations, along with 2–4 years of relevant industrial experience. Physical fitness for manual tasks and the ability to interpret technical instructions are essential.
