Job Description
Location: Karachi (on-site)
Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact patients to confirm their appointments.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary.
- Follow up with patients who missed their appointments.
- Make outbound calls to confirm resupply orders.
- Update resupply dates in the system.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a call center, ideally in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in scheduling systems.
