Job Description
Domino’s Pizza Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and driven HR Analyst to become a part of our Karachi team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing HR dashboards, supporting workforce planning, and facilitating recruitment processes. You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline HR operations and offer valuable insights for performance management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess 3-4 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.
