Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for a motivated and skilled Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources Department at our Head Office in Karachi DHA Phase 8.
Position: Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years, with at least 2 years in recruitment
Salary: 60,00 – 70,00 PKR per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job descriptions for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidates effectively.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate screening to onboarding.
- Utilize technical knowledge to clarify job requirements for technical positions.
