Experience: 1 – 2 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle national and international calls professionally.
- Greet and welcome visitors according to established protocols.
- Maintain logs for visitors, calls, and attendance.
- Organize data filing and update records efficiently.
- Perform reception duties with courtesy.
- Keep structured documents under HR supervision.
- Complete tasks assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.
Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
