Job Description
FoneRep is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a US-based campaign. This position entails handling 70% inbound calls and 30% outbound calls, providing an essential link between our clients and their customers.
Requirements:
– Exceptional communication and active listening skills
– Self-motivated, organized team player
– Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software
– Availability for night shifts starting at 6 PM
