Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00 per month. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and maintain employee records along with HR databases. Other responsibilities include supporting payroll and attendance management, addressing staff inquiries, drafting HR letters, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Requirements: A minimum qualification of I.Com or equivalent is necessary, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of HR functions, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
