Job Description
Nadeem’s Caterers & Event Management is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to enhance our guest experience. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, manage arrival lists, and ensure our special guests receive exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will encompass promptly addressing client inquiries, assisting staff in preparing welcome folders, and providing comprehensive information about our hotel services and facilities. You will also be responsible for anticipating client needs, addressing any concerns, and communicating with the Guest Relations Manager as necessary.
This is a full-time position with a competitive starting salary of Rs35,00.00 per month, requiring on-site presence at our hotel.
