Mission: Transform business processes into effective automations and thoroughly document them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design BPMN-style workflows and implement them in n8n/Make/GHL.
- Integrate CRMs, inboxes, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and Airtable/Sheets using webhooks.
- Manage error handling, retries, and alerts; version flows and maintain a template library.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in n8n (self-hosted), triggers, webhooks; experience with Make/Zapier.
- Knowledge of API authentication, JSON transformations, mapping, filters, and branching.
- Ability to create clear documentation, including SOPs and runbooks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GHL, Airtable automations, Google Apps Script, and document generation (Docs/Slides).
- Basic SQL skills for logging and dashboard creation.
